The public notary of Georgia is a civil institution affiliated with the judiciary of Georgia, established for the formal preparation and registration of documents and administered independently and without financial dependence on political sovereignty. The public notary, as a legal and civil center, is the liaison between the government and the citizens. The most important task of this institution is to ensure and guarantee the legal and economic security of the society.
